Meet The Team
John Morgan Mims
I was born and raised in Vicksburg, Mississippi. After graduating from Warren Central, I went to Ole Miss to play baseball and got a degree in Insurance and Risk Management. I met my wife, Anna, while I was in college and moved to Meridian in 2007 to start my insurance career. Anna and I have three children: Walker, Maddox, and Anna Morgan.

I take pride in helping individuals, families, and businesses find the coverage they need to protect what matters the most. My approach is simple: listen first, advise second. I believe in building long-term relationships based on trust, transparency, and service. Whether you are reviewing an existing policy or exploring options for the first time, my goal is to provide clear guidance and peace of mind every step of the way.

When I’m not working with clients, I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, watching my kids play the various sports that they play, or attending any Ole Miss sporting event.

Jackson Turner
I was born in Meridian and raised in Enterprise, just south of here. Today, I’m proud to call Meridian home once again, where I live with my wife, Katherine, and our two-year-old daughter, Evelyn. With our families close by, we truly value the strong sense of community here and couldn’t imagine living anywhere else.
I’m a graduate of Lamar School and earned my bachelor’s degree from the University of Mississippi. I found my way into the insurance industry right out of college, starting as an underwriter on the company side before transitioning to the agency side. Over the past six years, this industry has been so fulfilling, and I’m committed to being a trusted resource for insurance for many years to come.
In my free time, I enjoy attending Ole Miss sporting events, spending time with family, hunting, fishing, and getting out on the golf course whenever I can.
