Brandy Gordon (Owner/Producer)
I grew up in Rankin County and have deep roots in the community I proudly call home. I graduated from Mississippi State University (Go DAWGS!) and now live at the Reservoir with my husband, Steve. We’ve raised our two children, Katie and Charlie, here and love being part of this community.
I’ve spent my career in the insurance industry, beginning in claims before moving into sales, which has given me a well-rounded understanding of how to truly protect my clients. My family has operated our insurance business on the same corner in Rankin County for over 35 years a legacy built on integrity and service. My brother, Tyler Brown, and I are proud to continue what our dad started. We learned from the best.

Maureen Brown (Office Manager)
I grew up in Byram, Mississippi, and spent 25 years of my career as an educator. I’m a proud graduate of Mississippi State University and earned my doctorate from the University of Southern Mississippi. Before joining our family’s insurance agency, I served as a principal in the Northwest Rankin School District where many still know me as “Dr. Brown.”

I’m a lifelong Mississippi State fan and, most of all, a proud mom and grandmother. My greatest joy comes from spending time with our four grandchildren Katie, Charlie, Georgia, and Townes who are a reflection of the strong family values and love that my husband Hal and I have built together.
After retiring from the school system in 2002, I joined Hal in our family insurance business to continue serving others in a different way. I love being part of our team and enjoy working with our customers, helping make sure their insurance truly fits their needs and protects what matters most.

Hope Bell (Account Manager)
I'm originally from Cleveland, Mississippi, but I've called Brandon home since 2006. My husband, Steven, and I have four children: Jacob, Ally, Josh, and Cooper.
I graduated from Mississippi Delta Community College and spent 22 years working in healthcare before “retiring” and transitioning into the insurance world in 2018. Since then, I’ve found real fulfillment in helping people protect what matters most to them.
I believe insurance should bring peace of mind not stress. I make it a priority to explain things in a clear, down-to-earth way so clients can feel confident in their decisions. My goal is always to keep the process as simple and stress-free as possible.

Kayla Reel (Account Manager)
I grew up in Clinton, LA and graduated from Millsaps College with a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Business Administration. I worked in the banking & mortgage industry for 5 years and decided to make a career change to insurance in November 2023.
Helping others and providing exceptional customer service is a true passion of mine. Every interaction is an opportunity to make someone’s day a little brighter, and I look forward to doing that.
Outside of work I love spending time with my husband, Preston and our daughter, Henley. I also enjoy hunting, golf, trips to False River, LA, and cheering for LSU – Geaux Tigers!
